Use this simple tracker to measure and monitor deal progress by stage. When setting a budget for revenue or store counts, you will also need to be cognizant of “sales weeks” — opening a store in December has a meaningfully different revenue contribution for the year than one in June. We encourage operators to build, save, and set aside a version of this when kicking off budgeting; then maintaining a live version over the course of the year to compare progress.
